The Humor Me Menagerie

Every critter here earns their keep with a superpower. Some of them give us fiber. Some lay excellent eggs. Some exist purely to be adorable. We are OK with all three.

Our story

Raised on grass, blue sky, and a little bit of mischief.

We're a small family farm in Glen Gardner, NJ. Our poultry live outside under open sky, fed organic grain from neighboring farms and whatever they can swipe from the vegetable garden. The bountiful vegetable, herb, and flower gardens are all organic. Our fiber herd of alpacas is sure to delight — come meet the boys.

The English and French angora rabbits will sweep you off your feet with their beauty and splendor. We raise them for shows and for their gorgeous fleece, which we wash, card, spin, ply, and knit or weave right here on the farm. Nothing goes to waste — every lock of fiber finds its way into a scarf, mitten, sock, or skein.
